This course is designed for a CDL driver in the return to duty process. Highlights DOT drug testing rules, with a heavy focus on testing refusals, safety-sensitive roles the RTD process and FMCSA Clearinghouse roles. Drivers completing this course will gain a deeper understanding of the importance of undertraining DOT testing rules, avoiding impairment, and how to successfully navigate DOT drug testing.
